Khaidhirah, serving as the Exco for Economic Planning, Finance, Land Affairs, Non-governmental Agencies, Investment, Industry, and Technical, Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Development, led the proceedings this morning on behalf of Akmal Salleh at the Taman Merlimau Mutiara Model House Launch Ceremony hosted by Armada Warak Sdn Bhd and the Teobros Group

By offering affordable prices, the efforts of the Melaka State Government clearly attract the interest of young people to own a house more comfortably. Generally, the Taman Merlimau Mutiara area was originally an inland area near Kampung Seri Lancang, Merlimau, Melaka.

The concept for development was executed by Armada Warak Sdn Bhd alongside the Teobros Group, as the location is free from flooding, easily accessible, and capable of fostering the growth of a thriving community in Melaka

Among the types of freehold houses offered are 2-storey Terrace Houses with sizes of 20' x 65', 22' x 70' covering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In addition, Single-storey Terrace Houses with sizes of 22' x 70' covering 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also includes a Developer's Special Package: Loans up to 110% for first-time home buyers including free legal fees (subject to terms and conditions).
