Unknown: FAM-FIFA Scandal.

"Who might the "unknown individual" be?" A figure directed an unnamed player to endorse a counterfeit FAM-related document. This has culminated in a 64-page ruling inspired by FIFA.

Regarding this matter, I aim to provide support to the "Specified Parties" across three distinct topics.

Staying True To Your Word When Signing A Contract

How can an internationally recognized professional player (I hope this is accurate) be so indifferent about signing the relevant document? He engaged an "undisclosed person" as the "instructor" to sign the FAM contract.

"Signing the paper without reviewing it" is one of the improper actions:

Is he lacking in reading the contract?

As an established player, even one of international caliber, simplifying "orang putih" to make reading less effort is quite humiliating. "I endorsed the document without reviewing it - adhering to guidance from an unnamed individual."- he said.

Until he was apprehended during a FIFA press conference: "My grandfather was born in Venezuela and my grandmother in Spain... "I meant Malaysia, my apologies,"

I believe the Crown Prince of Johor, Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim, is already aware of some details (it's beyond my responsibility to investigate unless compensated) and I'm certain TMJ feels somewhat frustrated since he must bear all costs associated with the Football Association of Malaysia's (FAM) appeal, including seven legacy players to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

Personal opinion: The issue originates with the football player's agents; TMJ should initially look into the agents of the football player who presented him with a FAM contract since I think there are disparities in the terms for international players between the club level (Malaysia) and the international level (FIFA)

'Unspecified People' or 'Real People'?

'Following the instructions of an unspecified person' is an unauthenticated statement. It's like Malaysia is a non-sovereign country. Breaking the rules and tarnishing the country's image because of 'following the instructions of an unspecified person'. And I believe that an undisclosed person is not TMJ.

Why not TMJ? Because of this:

FAM and the seven naturalised footballers were penalised by Fifa last month after the world football body said FAM had submitted falsified documents to confirm the players’ eligibility before Malaysia’s 2027 Asian Cup qualifier against Vietnam on June 10. - FMT

These unnamed people do not need to be highlighted and I believe the authorities can already 'read' and 'smell'. ( Plus I hope to return to the MEDIA field )

Previously, FAM deputy president Datuk S. Sivasundaram insisted that the seven players "have Malaysian roots" and that their heritage had been thoroughly assessed internally. In response to the scandal, FAM suspended its secretary-general, Datuk Noor Azman Rahman, and set up an independent committee to investigate. FAM is reportedly preparing to take the case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). - Click: Hevel’s bombshell admission puts spotlight on ‘Unspecified Person’ in FIFA forgery probe

FIFA Subtle War sequel

"I cannot (do that). I cannot remove FAM officials because this would fall under FIFA Statute 15(c), which could lead to FIFA imposing a suspension," - Hannah Yeoh

There is already a breach within the FIFA organization itself, and I think it has reached the 'grassroots of Malaysia'. It is not surprising that the criminal facet of the FAM document forgery scandal falls solely under the authority of the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN).

FIFA's integrity issue traces back to 1974 when the World Cup Trophy was named, drawing the attention of major brands to advertising prospects. In 2001, FIFA faced financial difficulties due to the collapse, incurring debts near $300 million linked to International Sports and Leisure (ISL).

'To take into account': the sponsorship agreements for the World Cups in 2002 and 2006. In the midst of accusations regarding multiple fraudulent acts and falsified documents, ISL conducted unlawful transactions with sports officials, involving several FIFA representatives. (In 2012, Havelange and his ex-son-in-law Ricardo Teixeira, the head of the Brazilian Football Confederation, were discovered to have accepted millions in bribes from the ISL, paying merely a small portion, although that seemed sufficient to pause the issue.)

June 2016 - A probe carried out by a U.S. law firm engaged by FIFA uncovered that Blatter and Valcke had entered into salary and bonus contracts with one another for the 2010 and 2014 World Cups. Together with Kattner, the trio received a total of $80 million. (Valcke was FIFA’s advisor when two credit card firms vied for the agreement, but he was "dismissed" after poorly managing the arrangement in 2006.) In July 2016, the bans for Valcke and Chung were shortened to 10 and 5 years, respectively, after an appeal.

No wonder why TMJ is not afraid to fight back, and I'm sure it's not among the Crown Prince of Johor, it's not among FAM, 20% among politicians and entirely among the 'unspecified'.
